Confused myself having today as day 1. So back to the usual; Thursday is day one.

Plan for tomorrow: simply filling

Breakfast:
- 2 boiled eggs
- 1 WW bagel
- 2 tangerines
- 1 green apple

Lunch:
- WW bagel
- Tuna in brine
- Sweetcorn <3
- either lemon juice and black pepper with 2 tsps oil/30g lemon and black pepper salad cream (2pp) if previous is yuck :)

Tea:
- Homemade chips
- Some form of veg (carrots and peas I'm thinking)
- Sirloin steak <3
- 2 tsps oil if not previously used
- 1 Knorr beef stock cube for a rub or gravy - 1pp
- Shape yoghurt 0% fat cherry- 2pp

Eat on a normal day is it ok to eat 2 bagels and homemade chips as well in a day?? X
 
I don't really have a normal day as such. I guess usually I would have just one bagel if at all and usually no chips, homemade or otherwise. I'll have a look in my old track books I got in meetings and see what crops up most and repost those few if you like? :)
 
I was just wonder as i plan to have chips mst nights n bagels fr lunch xx
 
When I started WW I had a bagel every day and had good losses at the beginning :)
 
On pro points i used to have bread and pasta each day or bread and chips and i still lost just wondering if it still ok on sf?? X
 
I can't see why it wouldn't be; they're highlighted green so as long as we don't stuff ourselves it shouldn't be a problem? What day do you weigh? I weigh Wednesdays so can let you know next week how chips/bagels each day goes- I currently have LOTS of spuds :D

I think I may need to try these 26 propoints a day some people have mentioned on the changes thread. I've almost used up my painkillers (which tbh, aren't even working) which do cause weight gain as a side effect, I've finished my last depo injection (planning on an implant after I have one period as not had any in 2 years) so I may be retaining water for that and I've found swimming doesn't irritate my hips further and so I can actually exercise :)

Oh and a positive: I used my uni's 3d body scanner and it told me I was an hourglass figure (which I did know but tbh, I think I look more pear shaped).
 
Going well this week so far; two days of 29pp and 8 weeklies used so far :) Depending on how this week goes, will depend on whether I drop to 26/27/28.
 
Yesterday was 29pp and a total of 21/49 weeklies used :)
 
After shamefully hitting 140 lbs again last week on a home WI, tonight official WI I am 5 down from last week, 0.5 down from last OWI :D I just keep seeing the 5 though :D
 
Thursday - 29pp, 0 weeklies
Friday - 29pp, 6 weeklies


So far so good! Really want to see 132 lbs on the scales this week- then I have a goal of 2 lbs per week for Christmas. Even though I rarely lose 2 lbs a week, I have been able to swim so I'm hoping this may help speed things having been out of action for so long. :)

Back at 133.5 lbs again after 2 lbs down.
Can I break away from 133-136 lbs yet????
