Hey!

First weigh in today and 4lbs down! Bit disappointed as I thought I might lose more the first week but keeping my head up as 4lbs is good

Yay nice one Livi! 1lbs= approx 8 sausages I think! Youve lost 32 sausages!! lol

I keep telling myself that, instead of being gutted at a 1lb weight loss, I have in fact lost 8 sausages of blubber heh heh
