hello one and all. I usually post on the Xenical site but as I joined SW on Monday I decided to have a look at this site for tips and encouragement. I am doing 'extra easy' and it seems a bit too good to be true, however there are people in the class who have lost loads of weight on it, so it must work. I like to cook and the recipes look amazing. I cant wait to get to the fishmongers to buy the stuff for Hellies fish chowder. I hope you welcome me in the same way as the lovely people on the Xenical site did.
