LLL - Lost EIGHT pounds 1st week!!!

Wow! I am thrilled!!
I thought maybe 5 or 6 pounds, but EIGHT!! woo hoo...

Sure beats the WW ! I am amazed at how easy this is and how I am never hungry... liking this very much!!

Anyone else ?

PS do NOT eat the Chili food pack... gag gag tastes like soap....

i love the chilli con carne lol. i hate ALL the soups though........ even the thought of them makes me gag.
my wi 2moro i really dont feel like ive lost anything though, not weighed myself once. this is day 6 and i must agree though, lite is by far the easiest diet ive done, im not hungry at all and i can still have that family meal... truly brilliant.
