Lockets/Soothers/Throat Sweets

Afternoon ladies and gents.

Ive come down with a stinking cold and sore throat. Been fighting it all day without any throat sweets but just wondered if people were synning throat sweets when having them? Might sound a little extreme but I just dont want to go over the top with throat sweets and have no syns left for this evening.
