Wanna be loser!!
...well I thought I would start a fresh thread in anticipation of my first WI after joining, which is coming up fast on Tuesday. I feel quite nervous about it...I mean, I think I've eaten well but I hate the feeling of not losing as much as the other newbies - this pretty much always happens to me in the first week (I've been a member of SW more times than I can remember...but I assure you this is my last time, lol).

I've been keeping a track of my food intake by utilising the food diary option (http://www.minimins.com/slimming-world-food-diaries/183621-loobielucks-food-diary-first-day-plan-s.html if you are interested), and I've also been doing some more physical activity - mainly walking, but it's a start :).

Hope for some positive comments and things to reply to, but I shall definitely be back to update my weightloss (i hope) on Tuesday :)
