B - Banana/Strawberries
L - Mugshot & Apple
S - Tomato based pasta dish/cheese - Strawberry, plum + alpro yoghurt
He A - Soya milk
He B - Alpen Lite x 2
Syns - Cheese 2, Alpro yog 2 - total 4
Snacks - Nectarine, banana

Just a heads up, not all mugshots are syn free. I got fed up eating mugshots every day and am now fond of the naked noodles, the majority of those are 1 syn and the singapore curry one is free ;) Also make sure you always take the full amount of your HEXA and HEXB as it's important to the diet, 1 alpen bar is a HEXB or 2 alpen lights ;). As you only took one on day 1, it will be classes as 3 syns instead of a healthy extra :(

Hi, thanks, will look out for the naked noodles. I did have 2 alpen lite, but crazy if you only have one you have to syn it! I started writing in day one's food this morning, thinking I could edit/add to it tonight, and don't seem to be able to edit it? so did another entry.
 
lol, the edit button is under your post and to the left (not to the right with quote, where it would normally be). Yeah it's pretty crazy how it works, there was a girl in my group taking porridge every day and turns out it didn't count as her HEXB because the sachet she was eating wasn't enough and it had to be put down as a load of syns. Apparently the quaker oats big bowl is the ones we should be having for hexb and not the regular sachets, you'd think smaller would be better haha.

Oops, didn't realise both said day 1, my bad! I thought it was 2 different days haha :eek:

Ha ha, that's ok, yes does seem bit doozy some of the 'rules', I'll pick it up soon I hope! Funny, but on my first 2 entries today, there is no edit option, but on the ones after there is...:rolleyes:

Hex A - 200ml alpro milk
Hex B - 2 Alpen light
