Hi there, well done on your weight loss so far. Please could I ask which Hi-Fi bars you have? I haven't seen any that are vegan before. Would be interested to know as they would be quite handy to have in the cupboard! Thank you!
Hi, and thank you :) I'm afraid there aren't any vegan hi-fi bars, I realised that after I'd bought a few boxes, and decided to eat them rather than waste the money I'd spent. The only bars are the jaffa alpen lights, so using them now. How are you doing, are you a new vegan? Best wishes x

L - Curry noodles, onions, toms, baked beans, haricot beans
S - Nut roast, roast carrots, swede, squash, pots, gravy

He B - 1 Weetabix, 1 alpen light
Syns, nut roast 8, ruffle 6, gravy 1, fry light 1, alpro yog 2 - total 18

Mon 2nd Oct - Week 5 weigh in - 4 0z, not pound, ounces!! Very disappointing. Keep working at it I guess!

Syns - from frais 2, choc rice cake 2, ruffle 6, 2 carrot energy balls 3 - total 13

Made cinnamon swirls yesterday, tried to resist but failed! Had 2, and so enjoyed them.

S- Tomato pasta, onions, grated carrot, pepper, peas, served with cauli and broccoli
