Looking into Lipotrim

Hi all,

I'm just after some inside information really :D I've been thinking of starting the Lipotrim diet but for a couple of weeks now and just wanted some honest opinions on it? i can see there are some good success stories. Can anybody give me the good and bad points of this diet?

Personally i have always switched between weight watchers and slimming world but never have big losses anymore. I've just joined the gym which i am enjoying however don't think its a good idea then to come home and have a bar of chocolate .

I changed jobs about two months ago and have gone from being a deputy manager in a clothes store to working in a office and being sat down all day. I share an office with very fashion orientated girls (Topshop dolls they like to be called) and definitely feel my size holds me back.

Now i have come across this diet i definitely want to start but think there's this tiny voice saying "can you do it"!!

Sorry for the mish mash post as you can see it's my first one:p

Hey!!

This is my 11th week on the diet so will give you as detailed info as possible.
I personally think to be successful on this diet you need to have the right mind set, you need to be prepeard and ready and most importantly you need to MEAN IT. For me there was no hesitation, I started this diet without knowing this forum existed.. I think it's fair to say we all have reasons why we want the weight off and for me it was for my holiday at the end of July (but obv would like to maintain the loss too) so really I set myself the goal of how much I wanted to lose and knew the clock was ticking. I couldn't give anymore excuses as to why I didn't want too or can't so I just got stuck right in and it's been the best thing I have ever done and the most effective. The first week or so are uncomfortable - by uncomfortable I mean headaches, nausea, feeling light headed, feeling hungry etc, feeling tempted!! I take it by now you know what ketosis is all about.. Well once I hit ketosis I have flown through this diet and I believe finding this forum and being able to speak openly about it has helped me alot, you need to be strong willed and have motivation and will power until you hit ketosis and you'll do fine. I'm not going to say this is an easy diet, it's a hard diet mentally.. It's challenging but very rewarding on weigh in days (I lost 10lbs in my first weigh in). The only downside to the diet I would say is that my social life has suffered, friends are always telling me 'oh just have one bite' etc but it has made me realise just how much I used to eat to socialise, because I was bored, upset, because I wanted too. I have also realised who my true friends are and have had people be really mean who I thought were close to me.. I think some people don't and never will understand the diet because they choose not too and they try to punish you or make you feel bad - this of course is common with change, people get jealous. The only other downfall I would say is the money side of things £36 a week sounds like nothing but over 11 weeks adds up.. But in saying that its probably what I would of spent on take away or junk food without realising anyway?
My advice to anyone would be dont knock it til you've tried it, I am so glad I tried this diet it honestly has changed my life.. If there is anything else you would like me to cover then please just ask...

And may I ask what you weigh or how much you would like to lose? :) x x x

Very well said Minnie, couldn't add anything more to it. It is hard and expensive but very very worthwhile and life changing.
