After my recent indulgences on holidays in India and Prague, I'm now at least half a stone heavier than my target weight (10 st 6 lbs) :sigh: - although, ideally, I'd like to be a few lbs lighter than that to give myself a bit of a 'buffer zone'.
With that in mind - and bearing in mind I'm going to the Belfast meet in just over 3 weeks time - I thought I'd start a:
Lose 10 lbs by Belfast challenge!!!
It doesn't matter what diet/program you're doing, how much you have to lose or even if you're going to Belfast come to that! So how about joining me and seeing how well we can do by Friday 22nd February
