Lose 3 stone by Summer Holiday 2014

I've just joined Slimming World online and have signed up for 3 months so far.

I want to lose 3 stone before my holiday next year and now seems a good time to start!

I will post pictures if I remember to take them before I eat it otherwise it will be of an empty plate :D
 
Day 1

Breakfast:

2 Weetabix HEB
Semi Skimmed Milk HEA
3tsp Sugar 3 syns

Snack:

1 Mullerlight Rhubarb
1 Satsuma

Lunch:

Mushroom Omelette
Homemade Coleslaw mixed with FF fromage Frais
Cherry Tomatoes
Dry Fried Potato Cubes

Dinner:

Chinese Chicken Stir Fry
Chicken Breasts,
100ml Mayflower Sauce 4 Syns
Petit Pois
Onion
Rice
Egg

Hi Michele, I'm off to a villa near Valencia with hubby, daughter my son and his fiance so as I'll be having to bear my body in a swimming costume in front of someone new I'd better do domething about it now!

I have found this morning that I have not been hungry so porridge fills you up!

Out all day today to an open day at Reading Uni for my daughter

Breakfast:

2 Weetabix HEB
Semi Skimmed Milk HEA
2 tsp Splenda - was quite nice actually so hopefully no more Syns on my cereal.

Lunch:

Packed lunch of SW mini quiches
1 Joes Sausage
2 hard boiled eggs
Cherry tomatoes
Banana
2 satsumas
Rhubarb Activia 0.5 Syns
Square crisps 5.5 Syns
