I'm on SS+ as i am eating bars as well as soup and shakes. Although, when i eat bars i do not eat porridge. I do occasionally, when i really want to eat real food have a bit of tofu or low carb veg and cheese. I want to go on 810 when i am about 137lbs, just where you are at the moment. Maybe we can help spur each other on so we can get to goal by xmas?

i think 2lbs is good considering you dont have loads to lose hun!
and you have to go up to 810 when your BMI25 as Nice guidelines recommend against VLCD as your body will feed of muscle instead of fat.
810 is still a super plan to get you to goal though and the food might actually help more with your metabolism!
