I'm on SS+ as i am eating bars as well as soup and shakes. Although, when i eat bars i do not eat porridge. I do occasionally, when i really want to eat real food have a bit of tofu or low carb veg and cheese. I want to go on 810 when i am about 137lbs, just where you are at the moment. Maybe we can help spur each other on so we can get to goal by xmas?
