    lou lou...have you stuck with it religously??? or have you had a little piece of food....i have read a post where one women suggested having a fourth shake in the evening ..what do you reckon...

    I had a week where I was just having such a bad week I had days where I gave in and had a chicken salad.

    If I was going to re-do it, I would just stick to the 3 shakes and 4 litres of water.
