Lost 5lbs this week!! (5 stone 4lbs lost!)

I am so happy!!! I lost 5lbs this week, reached my 5 stone target and got to 5 stone 4lbs and now weigh exactly 18 stone!! And to think 4 months ago, I weighed 23 stone 4lbs Only another 8 stone to go!!
