hey welcome back! look at that absolutly amazing loss that you had and that should be enough to spur you on to get back on track. also ive heard that all the restarters seem to have less headaches and less smelly breath and get into ketosis quicker so this is defo your time!
you can do it..look how long you did it for the last time..you CAN do it again!! the first step is realising you have to continue. now your here youve made a drastic decision. all the people here are amazing and we are here for you the whole way there... your not doing it alone!!!

BELIEVE IN YOURSELF!!! best of luck sweetie...x

    Welcome back!!!!!!

Your loss says it all........you obviously have grit and determination to lose that amount last year.

I would say, dont delay!! Get back on if you think you are in the right place.

Have you must to lose? Did you regain anything since coming off?

Either way, we look forward to seeing you back and on your way to an even healthier you! Your life must have been turned upside down.

Welcome back and good luck. Ive restarted like so many others. At least we know what to expect and what shakes we like. I remember my first hot vanilla shake with coffee it was loverly and I have never had a cold one since. The only thing im struggling with at the mo is the cold and the loo trips. xx
