Lost in loosing

Hello Hello Hello :)

lost in loosing i thought was an appropriate thread title as i am totally lost in the whole loosing weight challenge. Always been a gainer and a looser but knocking onto my 50's i am hoping to rest as a looser as the older the harder and less energy exercising, so i need to get a move on.

I would like to just eat healthy ( so whats stopping me???) and also get some exercise going, I think I have the usual heavy commitments of caring for many people in the family and that in turn causes me to eat emotionally and on the go.
Today i told my self like every Monday....its a new start but first thing i saw was a packet of Chocolate Bourbons and down the hatch 3 gone for breakfast and the rest of the day wasn't great but i did manage to grab a prepacked Salmon Salad and when I actually take the time to have healthy food its totaly scrumptious so its not the taste buds at all its the supply and demand.

Anyone else using a healthy eating idea and want a bit of chit chat?
