Honestly it will even itself out, I know it doesn't seem like that at the moment but it will do. Plus as you say it is time of the month and that really doesn't help.
Please, just keep on smiling and stick with your packs and water and it'll soon be next weeks weigh in and you'll have a good loss.

Samseal look how well you've done so far, that is a great loss, as others have said it will even out.
We are all made differently & lose weight at different rates, so don't be disheartened, just look forward to nexts weeks weigh in & keep drinking the water!

Aww huge hugs for you! As said above just hang in there & sure it will even out. People do seem to fluctuate hugely from week to week!
Have you had any change in meds that may affect it? Just a thought! Also try measuring yourself - I ony lost 2 ibs this week but lost inches on the tape measure so am happy again!

will be watching for that supreme loss that will come next week, did you read the diary of that woman in the ll mag, over three months she lost 4 stone and sometimes even she had rubbishy feeling weeks so keep strong!!xx

Aww bless, thanks! I'm the assistant manager of an adoption team! Social worker in theory! but some days feel more like an admin clerk!

i am starting to study to become a social worker of sort's hopefully in September, i left the armed forces last year and decided to childmind so i could see my children more often, aged 14 and 6 , i am getting a bit fidgity now and want a proper job again out of the house!!
