lost the pack instructions..........

well a good start to day one, can't find the sheet on how to make them up
searched the website briefly but can't find anything!!

Any ideas where it might be posted?

If you go on the site and click in the nutritional info, it then gives you the option to choose the sachet that you're planning on having. Home that makes sense lol
