Lots of recipes from Cook Yourself Thin

Just wanted to share with you, there are some FABULOUS recipes, most can easily be adapted for SW, and most are very low if not free!
There are about 9 episodes, all have at least 5 recipes, I have been watching one a day (about 25 mins each).
My favs are spaghetti with meatballs, aubergine and garlic dip and crunchy potato skins.....

I watch this too and the recipes do sound pretty good :)
I can personally recommend the Chicken Kebabs recipe - perfect for BBQ's or cooking on the grill pan - tastes better than the take away. There is also another recipe on "gunnai's" episode of aubergine, garlic and 0%bgreek yog dip - totally syn free - most of the receipes can be adapted to SW - and the majority are syn free...perfect"!!!!
