The week has been a right off to be honest which resulted in a 2lb gain.
I'm ok with that as I have had a lovely time with friends and ate and drank what I liked.
It felt so nice sat in a pub eating dinner without feeling self conscious about what I was eating/ordered. It made me realise how much I still want target so that I can continue to feel like this. I'm back on plan today and apart from tomorrow (at a wedding) this week should be good. I'm aiming for a 3lb loss.

The wedding yesterday was lovely. Food was good but way off plan. I only had one glass of champagne for the toast and then stuck to diet coke.

Feeling a bit meh today as my eldest has gone to stay with her grandparents for a week as my holiday doesn't start until next Tuesday. I would have loved to eat chocolate to comfort me but I have resisted. She is having a lovely time and when I spoke to her said 2 words to me and then asked to speak to her sister lol.

Wednesday 16th April

I have my big baby back after 10 days. I'm so happy right now and feel complete again, it's weird to describe but I felt an ache inside not having her at home. She's had an amazing time but I got the biggest hug and kiss when we arrived. Today has been on plan but from tomorrow until Monday it's going to be hit and miss.

I had a sneaky look on my home scales and they were 2lbs down. I'm hoping to at least maintain that for next week.
