Hey guys l started weight watchers 4wks ago.,, l knw crazy before Xmas bt by knw wat it's a gud challenge for me l told myself dat if l don't do it this time l will neva Do it...it's cumin off slowly ... My advice at this Tyme is y r gonna eat out...fill ur tummy with fruits at home before u go out.., if can take yr own alcohol then even better...go online c da drinks I can enjoy low points rather than stressing yrself ...after yr meal get up and dance ...dnt think abt it as a diet ....u r simply WEIGHT WATCHING....
