OMG really?? No matter how much I spray? I generally spray the pan ten times when cooking food though. Is that still ok?

theres one called low cal which they have in Aldi occasionally which is free and comes in different types i.e. Olive oil.

My consultant says 2-3 sprays but frees free and i usually squirt i few times more for luck!!

The Fillipio Bereo sprays are 4 'pumps' for 1 syn, there is no additives so healthier than fry light
