Yep, I bought 1 carb ketchup there, and davinci flavoring. Be very very wary of most sweets/cereals/bread replacements etc as they stall people - but there are people here who buy things like the tortillas etc.

I have just added ketchup and some sauces and stuff - going to avoid the cereals/bread etc.. as I have done without them for this long and not craving them so why substitute them if I don't need them (oh and I am adding a little bit of chocolate - just for a mouthful every now and then)
It's mainly for the ketchup this morning I really missed my heinz seeing as the OH had a great big dollop on his plate!

Tip: avoid walden farms, their stuff is vile.
Chocoperfection is the only kind of chocolate without sugar alcohols I think. Expensive but ok if you're only having a little - though 80% dark chocolate is also fine in that instance.
The ketchup is sweeter than normal ketchup but fine - I only use it occasionally so it will last ages.

I agree, all the Walden food stuff is disgusting! And I would try and avoid the bars - they are so full of yuck and the fake sugars give you worse hunger spikes than normal carbs!
What about trying to make your tomato sauce?
