ive just noticed that in asda they are selling low fat smartprice individual yougurts and just wondered if these would be free.ive bought fat free yogurts or low fat come to find out they are actually sinned so frustrating

You can't rely on a yoghurt being syn free just because it is fat free unfortunately.

By the way there is a special forum where you can post questions about syn values rather than put them on the main board. It's also worth while doing a search before you post because some questions come up time and again.

If you look toward the top right hand side of the SW main forum there is a blue box with white text that says search this forum. It's just below the page numbers.
Enter the word(s) you wnt to search for and then either choos to search for threads that contain them or individual posts.
