low fat spread

I have bought some Light Beautifully Butterfully from Aldi...but cant find syn value any where.I just need a tsp as I can,t eat scrambled eggs without a bit of butter.I am sick of using so many syns on Lurpak.Someone please help......

There isn't any free food allowance, so the 1 syn for 20 calories rule will apply.

Thanks..going to be hard to work out 1 tsp though lol.Just wondered if anyone else had tried it.
