Low fat squirty cream

Bought some in lidl and was wondering what the syns are and how do I measure it?

I used 2 syns worth of light squirty cream on a hazelnut Options yesterday - you get quite a lot for 2 syns, it's definitely worth it! I felt like a numpty putting my mug on the scales though, hehe.

Didn't even think to weigh the food before the cream is added. Good idea and thanks for syn info. I do SW at home and don't have access to syns on line.
