Make up one sachet of Morrison's instant cheese sauce (5 syns) - add a dash of wholegrain mustard, if desired.
Put cooked broc/cauli in a baking dish and pour the sauce over. Sprinkle with low fat grated cheddar and parmesan (can count as HEX). Pop under grill for 10 mins or until golden and bubbly.
