Low Syn Pate anyone?

Does anyone know any low syn pate' Ive been fancying some lately on crackers.

I had a look on SW site but I couldnt finds the WW one they used to have in Asda

I found one somewhere hereabouts for a syn free Salmon pate.

A pack of salmon trimmings (got mine from Asda in a sealed pack down the fish aisle)
A tub of Quark
Lemon juice, to own taste, start with a tbsp
Salt & Pepper to own taste

Whizz the trimmings until quite fine
Mix with other ingredients
Store in the fridge
Enjoy
