I need help! Every night I crave a sweet pudding and if I eat one more meringue I will turn into one!! I've just tried quark with options and it was awful. I then tried the options and an egg with sweetener in the microwave and that too was disgusting. Does anyone have any puddings I can make that are low syns! Damn my stupid sweet tooth!!
thanks all

I tried this last week...only I made strawberry instead

Raspberry Roulade - Only ½ Syn For Whole Cake

Ingredients
4 medium eggs
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla essence
a tub of quark (250g)
3 tbsp of sweetener (level not heaped)
Raspberries (or any other Syn free fruit)

Instructions
Separate the 4 eggs into two bowls, yolks and whites
Add ½ tub of quark, sweetener, vanilla essence & baking powder to the yolks
Wisk into a creamy consistency and put to one side
Take the egg whites and wisk until stiff
Add half of the egg whites to the egg yolk mixture and stir in gently
Then fold the other half of the eggs whites into the mixture
Take an oven tray, line line with grease proof paper and spray with fry light
Ensure you use plenty of fry light to avoid the cake sticking to the paper
Pour the mixture on the tray/paper
Bake for 10 minutes until golden brown 180c (it doesn't take very long to bake
Whilst warm peel the paper from the cake (gently) and then lay cake out to cool
I used a big knife underneath the paper to gently remove the cake from paper
While cooling take the remainder of the quark and add sweetener to taste
Spread the quark onto the cake (now cool) and add fruit you are using
I used raspberries and added them evenly across the cake and squished them
Then gently roll the cake up into a roll (like a swiss roll)
Cut into 4-6 pieces - or eat the whole cake yourself for ½ a Syn

Hartleys 10 Cal Jelly are 0.5 syns per pot. They are quite sweet.

I baked a load of cupcakes today with my children and worked out the syns to be 6 per cake. I had one after my tea, heated it up in the microwave and then dumped a muller light over it. Very nice and even though the cupcake was quite tiny it still did the job and satisfied my need for sweet things!

Metcalfs Topcorn is low syns (for popcorn). I like the salt and sweet... 25g bag is 6 syns.

What about Jell-O sugar free and fat free pudding mixes - 1 syn per portion. Or Chocolate Philadelphia on HEb bread? Or a treat size curly wurly for 3 syns?

The WW dessert style yogurts are lovely, the lemon tart one tastes just like a lemon tart! :) I add a diced apple and (if I have the syns or a HEXB to spare) some muesli, delicious!
