I am trying to find some frozen sausages that are low in syns, just because its easier sometimes to cook from frozen.

I bought the meat free ones but not that keen.

Cheers x

Why not buy fresh low syned ones and then freeze? I always but Tesco lighter choices cumberlands at 0.5 syns each and freeze them in 2's so I get 4 portions out of the pack.

I wanted frozen because the chilled ones once frozen have to be cooked when thawed i think.

There would only be me eating them so would only want 2 out at a time.

I have found sainsburys frozen, extra lean are 1.5 syns each which is not too bad.

Linda McCartney are delicious - 2 syns each. Swerve that Quorn muck!

Tesco sausages have a decent shelf life of about 10 days. Freeze half a pack in batches of 2 and eat half a pack. Defrost the night before when you begin to run out.

AND they're on 2 packs for £3 right now!

Morrisons Eat Smart 60% less fat cumberland sausages are 1/2 syn each. They seem to have a pretty good shelf life too.

Gawd, I think the Linda McCartney ones taste like *actually, better not say what*! lol
