lowest/highest weight for height

Hi, I don't have my handbooks on me, can anyone tell me the lowest/highest healthy weights for 5'3? Thanks

not got my book but got this off google....
Weight for a Person 5 ft 3 in Tall: 8st11 (range 7st6 to 10st1)

lol I'm the same, I don't think I've ever been 8stone anything...I'm pretty sure I came out of the womb at around 10st 10lbs!

Lol! I've definately never been 8st something... my excuse is I'm simply not built to be super skinny, I'll always have a bit of wobble lol
