oooh lucky you! salad is the first choice that springs to mind, like get a chicken salad and ask for the chicken to be grilled, if you eat chicken that is!at least you know your deffo within your cals range - watch out for dressings!! or im sure if you go on their website they will have a menu you can look out and you can see what you fancy and work out the cals before you go...
eating out is hard work, especially with all the temptation, but im sure you will be fine :D most of all just enjoy it! xx

gosh just read the menu, it really is the deserts that get you there isnt it pft we eat there a lot and you dont realise what you are putting in your mouth do you. i would say go for the chicken breast with baby potatoes (lowest carbs) and get some salad from the salad cart to add to it, i would try not to have a desert but if you really have to the sundea best with cherry sauce is the lowest cals.
