lunch at Ikea?

Going to Ikea on Friday and just wondered if anyone had any SW-friendly suggestions for lunch?

I had the salmon with veg and v tasty potato cakey things-just had a tiny bit of the sauce with the salmon. No idea of syn values but thought it was the best choice
