lunch ideas please

:wave_cry: hello all,
i need some help on what to have for lunch as i am geting pretty fed up with salads and quiche.
any ideas would be great, preferably cold, either red or extra easy and i need to take it with me, i sit in a car all day, my brain has gone dead im sure there must be hundreds and hundreds but i just cant think of anything

Fish sticks? They are lush! Or how about you get some of the Tesco's chunky chicken and use put them in two slices of Nimble bread (HexB). You can get the Tikka chicken too which is free and good in a salad sandwich.

I always boast about my 'Chicken Club' Sandwich! It's wonderfully filling and tastes devine!

Roasted Chicken Slices
Bacon (Visible fat removed)
Red Onion
Lettuce
2 tblsp Extra Light Mayo - 1 Syn
2 Slices WM bread - used as a HEXB

All for 1 syn on a red day! x
