Does anyone know the Syns for Lurpack lightest? Cant find it on the website

Need to be calculating accurate syns this week am only 2 pounds off my first stone so fingers crossed x x

1 syn per 20 calories = 1 syn per 5g (which is a teaspoon)
There is already a thread about it. To search, go into SW then search under the syn subsection write what your looking for. Chances are you'll find whatever your looking for! It took me ages to find my feet around the place happy searching
