    Well first day nearly gone and not too bad food wise but an horrendous day with my baby Charlie. Everytime I have put him down he has cried his eyes out!!

    Anyway back to food -
    B - Strawberry Shake (200)
    L - Caffe Latte Shake (205)
    S - Apple (72)
    T - 1 & a half sausage, boiled potatoes & salad (531)
    S - Yoghurt (114)

    Calories - 1122

    Well atleast ive had 2 hours sleep. Just hoping for another.

    Had a good 2 days slimfast wise but a crap time with my life...really fancy a big alcoholic drink. x x x

    Well i'm in week 2 now. After a day off yesterday i'm really hungry today but have remained good -
    B - Shake
    S - Banana
    S - Shortbread biscuit
    Missed my lunch shake though and haven't had tea yet but I will be good.

    No exercise today, I normally walk into town but been driving everywhere today.
    Going for a walk into town tomorrow though weather being good.

    Im really not doing well. Last week was a complete was of time I gained 5lb!! Most of that was from a blow out on the weekend when me and Hubby had a drunken night out (the first since our son was born 8 weeks ago) we got very drunk; had a McDonalds and a pizza on the way home.

    This week I will loose that 5lb.

    Right i'm back, I have 3 tubs of slimfast to get through so i'm going to make them count!!
