Hi all!

Anyone have any idea of syn values for the food at the M&S cafe? Such as the yogurt with gronola and seeds or the M&S brownies/muffins etc?

Is it in the new syns directory? Im currently waiting on my directory to arrive! so dont have access to it yet!

If there is nutritional info on the packaging it will be 1 syn for every 20 calories. But things like that are usually high in syns - a starbucks muffin can set you back 20+ syns.

i never went for a muffin (thank god!) i had a baked potato and beans with salad, then the yogurt with granola.. but not sure how many syns are in that! hopefully not tooo many!
