Just wondering if anybody knows how many syns are in a Marks and Spencer's chilli con carne and rice meal?

Count on Us, Chilli Con Carne with Fluffy White Rice, chilled, 400g pack - this is 6.5 on EE and green and 10.5 on red

Count on Us, Beef Chilli with Rice, chilled, 400g pack - this is 7.5 on green and EE and 12.5 on red
