I'm afraid I don't know how many syns but sounds delish!

It was really nice, it came with a sort of tangy dressing and i only had half of the dressing but it was plenty. I am hoping it is low in syns for ee seen as it was just noodles and chicken. I was starving and at a service station - just managed to avoid the Burger King - lol.

4½ Syns per package/portion on Extra Easy 4½ Syns per package/portion on Green 9 Syns per package/portion on Original

thats putting chicken and noodles as free food hope that helps

Thanks Eve - i take it the 4.5 syns was for the dressing and i only had half of the dressing so shall i take half to syns?

Either way it's a lot less syns than Burger King
