    Hi

I picked up some reduced Steak peppercorn sauce from M&S the other day and stuck it in the freezer.

Really fancy it with a steak on the weekend, can someone please check syns online and let me know the damage?

It's a chilled sachet of sauce.

    Thanks peeps
    xx

    Hey there.

It's not on lifeline online, can you give me the kcal, protein, carb, fat and portion size and I'll whack it in the calculator for you :)

    Thanks for that.

    Here are the details:

Half a pack (one portion) is 100g.

    Details for 100g are:
    110kcal
    3.1g protein
    5.6g carb
8.2g fat (oops doesn't look good lol!)
    5.4g sat fat

Was hoping it wouldn't be so bad as greatest ingredient is chicken stock (37%)... but looking at the fat I'm not so sure! :p
