M&S Pepper Steak Sauce

Hi

I picked up some reduced Steak peppercorn sauce from M&S the other day and stuck it in the freezer.

Really fancy it with a steak on the weekend, can someone please check syns online and let me know the damage?

It's a chilled sachet of sauce.

Here are the details:

Half a pack (one portion) is 100g.

Details for 100g are:
110kcal
3.1g protein
5.6g carb
8.2g fat (oops doesn't look good lol!)
5.4g sat fat

Was hoping it wouldn't be so bad as greatest ingredient is chicken stock (37%)... but looking at the fat I'm not so sure!
