I just can't see why it wouldn't be free? Isn't it just a joint of meat?

Fromt he calculator;
Free per package/portion

the reason i was asking is because im not having a red day,i know its free on red, im having a green so it should normally have a syn value if not having on the correct day......

Ah right!

Beef is 85g raw/57g cooked HEb
28g roasted - 3 syns

after all that, i decided to just have a red day i got fed up trying to decide. Ill can then enjoy having more beef, and will also a cheeky little roast potatoe. Thanks guys for your help :)
