    For years I have used a curry paste from our local Chinese supermarket and I recently got the following information from the manufacturers, but I have no idea how to work out the Syn value. Can anyone help please? Sue

    Hi Sue

    Per 100g I calculated it to be 26 syns on green/red/extra easy.

    Obviously if you used less than that or the madras you're making is split into portions then you can work out how much your portion would be.
