Maggi crispy and pasta syn values
Hi ive just bought three sachets of maggi (on offer at asda 50p each
) and would love to know there syn values if anyone knows please.
1 - Cheesy chicken and bacon pasta bake
2 - So crispy chilli chicken
3 - So crispy herb and garlic chicken
Also if anyone knows the values of any others this also would be greatly appreciated

They are all 1 syn per 20 calories as there's no free food in this kind of thing, so you can always work it out from the information on the packet

I didnt realise it worked like that
Its only when it doesn't qualify for a free food allowance.
So either if it doesn't contain any free food anyway, (like this one), or if it's shop bought soups/sauces/sandwiches, pastry items, most junk food and a few others IU cant think of off the top of my head.
If it has free food in you need to use the syn calculator to work it out
