OMG. Please tell me maggi so juicy aren't so high in syns....hope someone can shed some light...

Ive seen on the pack they r 164 cals per SERVING. It serves four per pack. This is the garlic one btw. It does include the chicken breast in this....or at least i hope that's what it means???? Does anyone know then how many syns will be on an ee day xx

I think I read on another post they are 4.5-5.5 per packet! So hardly any really when u divide between how many ppl are having it!

Mine just has a massive gap where they should be, been in three times over the last two weeks.... and yup, still a gap! I bet they get some in once that offer is finished!

Maggi paprika mix

2 chicken thighs each, with the mix and the veg, equals 2 and a half syns each. So fab with rice or salad. Bought mine in Home Bargains for 59p each!!!

The Sticky BBQ Chicken is 8.5 Syns for the pack (which serves 4) this is the highest syn one I've found so far but it's deeeeeeeeeeeelicious and well worth it
