Maintaining after CD!


Just eat less calories than you did before, find roughly the right amount to maintain your weight and then you'll be fine.

I lost weight with WW and now still eat the same points each day apart from Saturday when I have 'treats'. I weigh every Friday morning and if my weight is the same as the previous Friday then Saturday's treats are ok, if I've gone up by even half a pound I miss them out for that week. Done that for a couple of years now and everything is fine :)
