Maintaining your current weight with WeightWatchers...



i just wanted to know how you maintain your weight with W.W? i've just started and i'm using 29 points a day (26 would be a challenge, so i'm going to see how i get on with 29) and i'll probably use my weeklies at least 2 weeks out of the month (and hopefully still get a loss)

anyway, i know i'm jumping the gun a little, but once target weight is achieved, how do you maintain? do you have to use all your weeklies to maintain, or do you increase your dailies?

Yip unfortunately you'll have to wait and see what works for you. For me its 34 - 33 dailies and all my weeklies every week. Good luck with the plan and hope you get to find out soon x
