I'm relatively new to maintaining - only 8 weeks gone... Seeing how well all of you have done and maintaining has given me hope that I can make this a permanent thing....

starting refeed on saturday after losing 8 stone and have been a bit worried about the refeed,maintenance thing! you guys have made me feel so much better,thankyou....so inspirational ! get fed up with people saying 'you will only pile it back on again' it really gets me down...why cant people be supportive? they cant see that by being so negative they arent helping one bit grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
