Up 1.5lbs today. A good fast today will hopefully see that gone tomorrow and that's give me a good loss. So far I'm "officially" 4lbs down on Mondays weight so anymore is a bonus really. Today's weight 9st 12lbs xxx

Finished on 437 today. Am an auntie again. Sooo happy, overwhelmed, proud and in love with my wee sister. He was getting his vit k injection when she rang do I heard his wee cry and I burst out crying. I've booked train tickets to nip up tomorrow and come back Sunday. As from Monday I'm working 12 days I'll make the most of my hugs xxx
